Our Journey
Welcome to Chilli Flakes, where we bring authentic Kerala and South Indian
cuisine to London, Ontario. Located on Oxford Street East, our journey began
in 2024 with a passion for sharing the rich, traditional flavors of Kerala
with our community. Led by Chef Pradeep Panicker and Biju Mathew, who
collectively bring over 54 years of culinary expertise, every aspect of
Chilli Flakes is designed to transport you to the vibrant culinary
heritage of Kerala, India.

Our Menu
Our diverse menu features an impressive selection of authentic Kerala
dishes, including our famous Kerala Sadhya (traditional festival feast),
Meen Curry (fish curry with coconut milk), and mouthwatering Chicken Kizhi
Porotta. Our signature items like Paal Kappa, Pothichoru, and Kerala Chicken
Biryani have become local favorites in London. Each dish is prepared with
fresh ingredients, traditional spices, and authentic Kerala cooking
techniques passed down through generations.
